I am happy to help out with the judging if you so require it. Since i wont be adding an entry i am technically impartial.

Same here - not being the editing type of chap I'd be happy to judge if required...

I think 4 judges would be enough. Some more aree always welcome but we don't need more judges than entries

To be sure of hitting the target, shoot first and, whatever you hit, call it the target.

I propose the following set of rules.. they may seem familier, this is becuase I've based them on the rules of the established Official Comp.

The Rules:

Any contestant judged to have violated these rules will be disqualified.

"any comment on these?"

Rule 1, 3rd sentence. Could be interpreted that you are trying to form your own clique amongst the Simviation membership.

Rule 5.  Suggest 1 entry per member taking part.

Rule 6.  Provided that the entry is acceptable within rules 3 and 7, anything that is featured within the flight sims should be OK.

Rule 8.  Delete entirely. Keeping this rule in would void the spontaneity of the competition and possibly the fun for some of entering.

The first rule, and that bit specifically, is taken directly from the rules in the official competition, *note i should have altered the date to be generic to our competition.

perosnally, i like the idea of being able to enter 2 images, but if more people what just 1 then, thats fine by me. (of course you can just enter 1, theres no requirement to enter 2)

rule 8, i would have no problem removing personally, again that was taken striat from the official comp rules.

oops yes some of those rules now effectively repeat themselves, sorry.

I agree to those rules.

Are we sticking to freeware only, or is the compo open to all types of scenery, textures, or A/C ??? ??? ???

any flightsimulator(rule 3). Does that include non Mircosoft games?

I agree that rule 8 can be removed.

Maybe add a rule that the judges always can ask for the original unedited screenshot when they suspect cheating.
