I want that camera! It is very good to show the image so great like that with no blur to the main subject. Very cool shot.

With a real camera, you use a relatively slow shutter speed 1/60-1/30 of a sec and pan with the moving subject.....that gives the background the moving effect....to add it to a still shot without it, all you do is isolate the subject then select everything else and add a motion blurr to the selected area(background) and viola !.....motion on everything but the subject......
