These are some effects from Photoshop 7.0

Here is an American Airlines 747 in "Plastic Wrap".

Here is the same 747 made into a Neon Light with "Glowing Edges"

Dave if I were you I'd go outside and get some fresh air, the paint fumes from the redecorating seem to be disturbing your equilibrium
