Help !!!!

Postby Kurnai » Wed Jan 16, 2008 6:36 am

Hi All. Hope I'm in the right forum, (If not blame it on the fact that i'm a Blonde Female) IF NOT, PLEASE, let me know where I might look

A couple of years ago I downloaded a VERY small aircraft, from memory the smallest, at the time, I believe, Single seat, about 8' in length Wingspan 5 or so feet, Gold(ish) in color, from memory, such as it is, it was the one of the smallest legal aircraft flying at the time ..
had hours of fun flying it all over Australia, lost it due to  HD crash & burn, ..LITERALLY !!.. would love to be able to locate this little gem again, I have been through 100's of pages in Simviation looking for it to NO avail, ANY help would be appreciated.
In Advance
Many Thanks for ANY help

Hi & welcome. Could this be the one you're thinking of? http://www.airliners.net/open.file/0241069/L/

Do a search for the Stits Skybaby by Shigeru Tanaka.

1. Captain, if the problem is not entered into the technical logbook.........then the aircraft does not have a problem.
2. And, if you have time to write the fault on a napkin and attach to it to the yoke.........you have time to write it in the tech log....see point 1.

We are not always that quick, but maybe it was the blond in distress that galvanized us into action ;D
There are a bunch of very good members who can help out with most problems, from your computer to your car via your kitchen (fozzer often posts nice pictures of meals he has cooked :o).
Hope to see you around the forums...................we need a female perspective to keep the young ones in line ;D

UMMmmmmm .... Looks like I may have been a little premature, (Some would say IMature)  ::) in my excitement, ....I feel I now have images of Aircraft PERMANENTLY embedded onto my cornea's, I  must have been through 100 + pages, searched EVERY possible combination of search fields to NO avail,... :'( :'( ...
I had a feeling that it may no longer exist as it was an older download a couple of years ago, must have been pushed off the edge as more newer versions came along, my ONLY other option is that someone has it in their computer and would allow me to access it via email or whatever, The other thing is that it may still be on the site but I have missed it .. (HIGHLY Probable  :-[ )
My thanks still stand for the help though ...
You lot seem to be destined with my pleas etc: ... "FATE.. aint it a BI#T*H" ..

Shigeru's Sky Baby is posted at Flightsim.com. http://www.flightsim.com/cgi/kds/main/menuchoo.htm

You will have to register as a member to download files. Ordinary membership is free. Then log in & go to the Main Menu. Click the Search File Libraries link & type Sky Baby in the "Search for text" box. There are versions for FS2002 & FS9.

Good heads-up, Shigeru Tanaka's Sky Baby looks promising; I'll give it a spin.
Good to have a female blonde aboard too, expecially now that Alrot has fired his 727's copilot  :P
