Do you know where I can find technical data for the specific aircraft? I mean ceiling, range, maximum weight and empty weight as well as reference speeds. Thanks.

Usually, the manufacturer may post that information.  Other possible sources (presuming you've done an internet search and come up lacking), are aviaiton magazines (Air International, Airliners, etc), and if already FAA certificated, some of the information, if not all, may be available from the Type Certificate from the FAA's web site.
