Challenger

Well tomorrow it will be 19 years since Challenger exploded. I can still remember it clearly, seeing it on the news and noting it in my diary :(
Suddenly space travel had stopped being exciting and begun being dangerous...

Yesterday - 27 JAN - was the anniversary of the Apollo 1 fire, in which US astronauts Grissom, Young Chafee, and White lost their lives.

Grissom, Young, and White lost their lives.

Thats Grissom, White, and Chaffee.  Young wasn't a member of Apollo 1.
