I didnt see this before it rolled down the page a bit. So bump. That is pretty cool! Imagine a home version jump simulator, you could just bail out whenever!  :) ;D

I tried a VR head set system out a couple of years ago. After two minutes my stomach contents wanted to vacate it's usual location and check out the "real world". If I tried out this, it is Catch 22. Barf all over the instructor or soil myself doing the real thing ;D ;D

1. Captain, if the problem is not entered into the technical logbook.........then the aircraft does not have a problem.
2. And, if you have time to write the fault on a napkin and attach to it to the yoke.........you have time to write it in the tech log....see point 1.

They didn't have that when I went to Jump School (1967). I'll stick with the real deal.
