Sorta ugly.  Looks like it's a bit on the touchy side.  But very cool!

Can you imagine the fit the FAA would throw if those things ever caught on?  :o  ;D

From the looks of the video, one would more than likely hafta be an accomplished pilot.  It appeared to have sensitivity issues........and ya gotta land it almost 'flat', or ya risk a butt scrub.  {wouldn't really call it's aft a tail, more like the back part}

That's really cool. In a rural setting it would be usefull.  :)

1. Captain, if the problem is not entered into the technical logbook.........then the aircraft does not have a problem.
2. And, if you have time to write the fault on a napkin and attach to it to the yoke.........you have time to write it in the tech log....see point 1.

Wasn't there a 'flying car' back in the fifties?  The old 'Bob Cummings' TV show featured one, I guess since he was a partner in the venture.

The thing to consider, is it truly a flying car, or simply a roadable aircraft.
