Quick question about St. Maarten. Is the runway 09/27 or 10/28? On Airnav, it says 10/28. But everywhere else I look it says 09/27. Just wondering.

Wrong...  Its now 10/28.  Due to the moving magnetic north, the runway has been changed.

Runway 10/28 was originally runway 09/27 which was changed as a result of geomagnetic alterations since the original construction. This change occurred on November 1, 2008.
