Saw this via airshows.co.uk (oddly enough, where I was, SimV was blocked). Shame that the article is about the guy quitting the restoration business.

In which case was Paul Allen the mystery owner?


Not sure. I thought it was still owned by a Brit, even though most of the work done at this chap's place was for Mr Allen.
