Anyone own a Sonex? Waiex? Know someone who does?

I'm probably going to end up building this plane, the Waiex, of those two in the title. I am curious to know what their take is on it. How it flies, etc. Since I can't afford the 3300 engine I'm going to have to do the Aero conversion one. I'd like to know how the plane flies with it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!! If someone owns a Sonex, that's fine. They fly the same, but I would prefer to speak to someone who has a Waiex as I have Y-tail specific questions.
