I just stumbled upon this fantastically produced website:

If you click on the 'video of the machine in flight' under the main 'FE2.b' picture you will see a beautifully shot video of the recreation in flight.
After a bit more research I discovered the man behind this is Peter Jackson, director of Lord Of The Rings. It's his hobby and passion.
No wonder the video was good!!
