Well....there goes over two dozen Tu-154s from service. S7 Airlines (Sibir/Siberia), have now completely halted all -154 operations, and is now a Russian airline with a completely Western fleet. :(

Are they to be scrapped or transferred to other airlines?

I love the Tu154.....makes a change at the airport (not many trijets in these parts.....tristars of Brize, occasional DC10/MD11 etc.) Would love to see a 727 or 2 :P

Shame that they're getting rarer though....always draws a crowd in England.....remembering the Belavia Tu154 that operated into Manchester for a few weeks.  8-) 8-)
