1. Captain, if the problem is not entered into the technical logbook.........then the aircraft does not have a problem.
2. And, if you have time to write the fault on a napkin and attach to it to the yoke.........you have time to write it in the tech log....see point 1.

I was going to mention that. Seems the litigation culture is now universal. Thanks very much to those American lawyers - NOT. ::)

I guarantee the British government will do the same (try to control the weather in this way) when London hosts the 2012 Olympics... Guarantee it.

And tell us, "Don't worry it is totally safe, the Russians and the Chinese have been doing it for years"....................anyone else read in the news about the second deadly Russian nuclear sub accident, they have been doing that for along time too.
