New real life and simmer here

Just saying hi, I am new to the forum

I am a commercial multi land/sea  IFR
I own a 145 hp S-1C currently, have had many others.

and I have a ghetto cockpit in my basement that I work on more than I fly running fs9

P4 duo 3.4,  4 gb ram dual geforce 5200's running a projector, 3 monitors, a simpit with Ch Throttle Quad, pedals, yoke, a hacked up and extended force feedback, a real Garmin 396 using gpsout, freetrack head tracking, a  F-16 seat, and yes

You have come to the right place... let me help you with your straitjacket, and here's your little paper cup with your meds.
Hide the blue ones under your tongue; you can sell them later to the orderlies.

We can always use another real-life aviator here, for snob appeal if nothing else...  ;)

I'd like to hear more about your "ghetto cockpit" as I am also building one myself... stop by the homebuilders' forum sometime, and bring pictures. ;D

I know the feeling, but I think it is more an FS problem than my hardware ;D

1. Captain, if the problem is not entered into the technical logbook.........then the aircraft does not have a problem.
2. And, if you have time to write the fault on a napkin and attach to it to the yoke.........you have time to write it in the tech log....see point 1.
