Without looking I suspect the image is made up of multiple photos showing the same aircraft during take off.

all that is happening, is the plane flying overhead taking pictures, has snapped the same plane in 3 pictures as the departing plane keeps up with it. Google earth then put those images taken by the photo plane into the program and mesh them together. Thats why you'll smetimes get 3 planes on a runway or a couple of pictures that dont sit right because the plane wasn't level.

To get a hi res photo from a satellite is pretty much impossible.....therefore all the major cities and places of interest are aerial photos (if they are available)

The lower quality zoomed out pics are often satellite photos...
