c17 over brum

c17 over brum

well another strange spotting today. We had a C17 flying over Birmingham today, no more than 3000 feet, and going rather slowly in a south westerly direction.
Any ideas?

Just on a transit perhaps from oop north. He wouldn't be going very fast that low either... :)

I had a feeling that might be the reason. Shame that seems to be the only reason we get airforce heavies over here.

I take it they're medevacs delivering to Selly Oak, as repatrations (of fatalities) were at Lyneham last time I heard...

most likely, moreso if there were two, I cant imagine its the two new ones we ordered. ::)
