lowestoft airshow!

today was a great day, went to lowestoft, and watched an amazing airshow..

saw such aircraft..

red arrows
lightning
lynx
..

and alot of others i cnt remembr!!


who else went?

I went, but their definately wasnt a lightning, their are no flying lightnings of any sort in the uk at the moment

I went, but their definately wasnt a lightning, their are no flying lightnings of any sort in the uk at the moment


We almost saw lightning at Weston yesterday.....lightning of the electric variety, and I dont mean English Electric ;)

are we gonna get any pictures....?

No, she didnt make it, their was a problem with the one of the engines so it couldnt make the trip :'(

Sadly a cracked piston liner put the anchors on her transatlantic voyage in Goose Bay. She was only staying for Duxford's Flying Legends anyway before a return trip straight back for Oshkosh! :o :)

it must've been a buccaneer then..some man next to me told me it was a lightning after i told my friend that the lovely coloured paint scheme on the buccaneer was nice lol..

:-/ No airworthy Buccaneers in the UK either. AFAIK
