Finally....!

Started my PPL today!! Got the cash together, so gonna be in the air at least once or twice a week! Sadly, thanks to British weather I didnt actually make it to the skies today, but got a free hours lesson sitting in the cockpit...its all good  ;) Just wanted to gloat  :P

How many other real pilots do we have around here then? Im in desperate need of some advice!

Congratulations, and good luck, it's loads of fun.  Also, Brett (_Henderson), Knucklehead, RitterKruez, and myself are all pilots as well, all to varying degrees.  I probably forgot a few others, but you're sure to find them.  Like the joke goes, "How do you tell who the pilot at the party is?..................He'll tell you".

Cobra, if you need specific advice, feel free to ask. I'm sure between us someone will know the answer, and if we don't we can probably prod you in the right direction. Or two of us will even know different answers - then we can have several pages of discussion!
