Until a few years ago they used to fly over the crowd.

Nothing learned from Ramstein then.

That was before Ramstein.

Everything is relative. LOL 1988 only seems like yesterday to me. :P

I'm just a humble 13-year old struggling to find words and phrases worthy of the Reds. O.k then, I'll have another crack at it;

Highly organized, sophisticated, varied routine leaving those who see it gasping for breath by the end. It involves illusions of proximity, hand in hand with actual proximity, along with immense skill and ingeniuity. The maneuvers they pull off are complex and are equal to works of art in my mind, and many others.

Good enough? ;)

i think that just about covers them, but also 'crazy SOABs' as my dad calls them covers them too. damn its great when they shout and scream down their radios to the crowd

Sorry to butt in again. The only one the crowd hears speaking on the radio during the display is Red One, the team leader issuing orders like "Smoke ON - GO" or "Break". His voice is distorted by his oxygen mask & G forces.

i swear i heard red 2 and 3 (i think it was) when they flew at each other and then span shout 'OH SH*T'  im sure as anything i heard that. unless it was a terrified adult stood behind me  :-?

I think both you & spitfire boy suffer from an overactive imagination. ;)

Reds 6 & 7 are the synchro pair.

The Blues still fly over the crowd during the Sneak Pass.

1. Why do people keep ressurrecting these threads?
2. What have the Thunderbirds got to do with a Reds vs Blues poll? :-?
