St Athan

Postby Anark » Tue Dec 26, 2006 5:04 pm

Hello.
My brother and my dad are going karting down at Llandow in Wales (former RAF) and I was wondering if it was worth going down with them to see whats happening at RAF St Athan.
It doesn't appear to be very active and espescially in winter so, is it worth it.
I don't think it will be, but I want some other "Profesional" opinions.
Thanks  [smiley=thumbsup.gif]

No, unless you really enjoy seeing a bunch of Tutors and Vikings buzzing around. Valley is the only base I'd ever bother with in Wales.

In a previous life, RAF St Athan was not know as the Arse Hole of Creation for nothing. It was only just beaten by RAF Sealand (spelling)

1. Captain, if the problem is not entered into the technical logbook.........then the aircraft does not have a problem.
2. And, if you have time to write the fault on a napkin and attach to it to the yoke.........you have time to write it in the tech log....see point 1.
