Believe it or not, but the Brabazon actually had a light in the cockpit to tell the pilots that they had landed.
The gear on the Brabazon was so soft and the landing so gentle that the test pilots reported during testing that they did not know if they had touched down or were still floating, thus making the decision to chop the power a little harder. 1. Captain, if the problem is not entered into the technical logbook.........then the aircraft does not have a problem.
2. And, if you have time to write the fault on a napkin and attach to it to the yoke.........you have time to write it in the tech log....see point 1.
