Nice pictures, but taken with a nice modern camera. What are the rules about operating electronic equipment during take off and landing?

1. Captain, if the problem is not entered into the technical logbook.........then the aircraft does not have a problem.
2. And, if you have time to write the fault on a napkin and attach to it to the yoke.........you have time to write it in the tech log....see point 1.

Thanks for the kind comments :)

Camera's are allowed as they do not emit any waves etc that could possibly interefere with an airplanes systems. So its fine to use :)

For what country is the Ski Ad advertising, doesnt look european to me... (guesses: CIS, Turkey or Mound Demavand in Iran)

The 'WTF' plane is a DoD chartered An-12

Seen any more exotics apart from the An-12 (B732s from Aero Asia for example...)
Russian planes: IL-76 (all standard length ones),  Tu-154 and Il-62, Tu-134 and [url=http://an24.uw.hu/]An-24RV[/ur

Even I, an ignorant Yankee, knows that the picture of "London Bridge" is actually Tower Bridge.

The Ski ad relates to the indoor ski facility at the Mall Of The Emirates in Dubai.
