Sorry Hagar but by no way was that post directed at you! Seriosuly, I didn't even realize that it seemed like that. Im really, really sorry. It was simply a mention to the people who still didn't seem to understand what you had already said. I was just repeating what I had already said and what you had confirmed.

No need to apologise. Until Charlie mentioned it I didn't read it that way.

Even if it had been I'm quite capable of looking after myself. ;)

PS. Anyway, we're almost neighbours. :D

LOL, sorry, I was just thinking that we lived close!
A couple of days ago I was even going to ask you if you were going to the Festival of Speed. Oh well.

Maybe another year!

Cheers,
Alex

Its funny because the guy who sits in the cubicle next to me is French and used to work for ATR and Airbus before he came to work here at Boeing about 5 years ago.  Every once in a while I'll get him going and our "conversations" sound exactly like this post! ;D  Oh and to the Lean Mfg Engineer who posted earlier, that is like our mantra around here!  Everything has to be lean now, some of us use it like a dirty word! :D

In order to be successful in a competative environment, you can do 2 things, cut costs and increase revenue.  Seeking to run a lean operation addresses the cost cutting goal.  Nothing wrong with that.

Haha, I know that and we do it pretty well here.  Its just that every time we engineers do something we are always looking over our shoulder for the lean police! ;D
