I chose Lufthansa, because I've always been pleased with their service.  But I have to agree with you, Icelandair is one of my favorites as well.  Plus they fly to the airport I like to fly in and out of, where Lufthansa doesn't.

We only fly SN Brussels Airlines if we cant help it..  ::)
Out of those there I like KLM best though, they have nice seats on their aircraft...  :)
