Yay! Im going to an airshow!

After living in houston for 16 years, I am finally going to go to the wings over houston airshow.  I have never been to an airshow before.  I think that that is because my intrest for aviation didn't really pick up until a couple years ago.  Now, as you know, I am pretty much an expert.  I can name most any plane.   I haven't been to this airshow, but I am going this year because I am taking the SAT the morning of the first day, so as a sort of reward, me and my dad are going to go in the afternoon after the test.  I'll try and get some good pics for everyone, but I can't guarantee that.

Enjoy the loud noises! Tends to be what I remember about airshows over just looking at pictures, the noise I'm sure you'll enjoy it!

WOW! That air show sounds like it will be AWESOME! F-117 and B-1 fly-bys, F/A-18 demo, A-10 Demo, F-16 Demo....WOW....have FUN! I know you will!

I just hopped over to the website.  Sadly, I'll probably miss a lot of the flying displays.  I might actually miss out on a large chunk of the modern displays.  I'll probably make it in time to see most of the vintage airpower flying, and I'll definately get to see the Snowbirds.  Sadly, I am not going to be there on sunday (unless i can convince my dad to take us back) so i will miss the B-1 flyby and the A-10 demo.  Oh well, I still will be able to see a bunch of action, and go to all of the static displays.  And, there is always next year.
