School plane down...

Postby Jared » Fri Sep 09, 2005 7:35 pm

It seems yesterday afternoon right around 3pm two flight students from Kent State University, both of which are friends of mine had engine trouble and executed a successful emergency landing in a Cuyahoga Falls cornfield.

The full story can be found at:

Congratulationsare in order to those involved in the emergency landing as well as the instructors who taught them safe emergency procedures...

I actually know both the pilot and the instructor that were involved in this incident and plan on talking to them in the near future.. ;)

It shall be interesting to see what really happened in the end.... :)

Cheers,

Jared
