oh yeah and weather... i havnt viewed a METAR outside of a training scenario or airline interview. so we speaker phone the flight service station for a standard briefing and if it makes sence to the guy and he makes a good "go/ no go" decision as far as im concerned weather info is done with at that point!

After doing a diversion to AVP (Allentown)



AVP is Scranton/Wilkes-Barr, Allentown is ABE.

As has been already demonstrated, I've been very, very tongue-tied these past few posts ::) :P

I recently did a cross country, LOM-CXY-AVP-ABE-LOM, so I keep getting AVP and ABE mixed up ::)
