Check out the World's Best airlines. The survey was taken by Skytrax between June 2004 and May 2005.

The survey focused on 35 different aspects of passenger satisfaction such as the user-friendliness of the Internet site, cabin service and comfort, and the friendliness, attentiveness and language skills of the staff.

I was surprised to see Air Canada for being on top in North America considering the complaint statistics ive saw in the last couple of months.  Not that I have anything against Air Canada, I like flying on air canada, but my past experiences with them were about average.

I also checked reviews for my home airport, PHL, seems like people, errm, really like it...
