I assume now that she has flown, they'll want to spend a bit crawling up her rear looking for flaws. What is next for her though? I'm not really sure of the process involved after first flight...

Yes but who wants to spend millions of dollars on something that hasn't been tested and has its flaws figured out
Cheap maintenance means aircraft age faster which could ultimately cost millions of dollars and/or your airline
