My guess is no.  I wouldn't recommend even trying inflight now.  lol  You might be able to grab a quick photo as you exit, if you talk to the crew beforehand.
Great edit, Bob.

Before, maybe. During, Nope. After, as long as they are not behind schedule then they are more than happy to let you in for a few minutes. But ask nicely before hand, maybe a flight attendant during the flight.

I was in the cocpit for a Air Canada (A319) flight from Ottawa to Montreal 1.5 years ago. The flight was pretty empty (1/8 full) and I was talking to the flight crew before the flight (I arrived early) and showed them that I really was interested. They invited me in for this short (35 minute) flight.
So, to answer your question, if you are young and talk to the flight crew before they are in the plane and show them that you are interested, and get lucky, you will be allowed. No harm in trying.

P.S. I tried the same on an Aeroflot and Sibir flight, needless to say it did not work either times and they made it clear that they are not allowed to under any circumstances. The best I got on a Russian liner is they allowed me into the cocpit after we landed.

No, you can not get into the flight deck while he aircraft is in flight. It is an FAA regulation that the cockpit doors be closed and locked while the aircraft is in flight.

I have gotten into over a dozen cockpits since 9-11. Not while flying of course. Most of the pilots of the aircraft I have flown on usually say goodbye to the passengers as they are exiting while the co-pilot goes through the shut down procedures. I will say to the Pilot, "Hey, thanks for a real smooth flight. Do you mind if I get a shot of the Flight Deck?" They are very nice about it. Once, one said to me, "As long as you are not shooting any video".
