How do real world pilots climb in the CRJ, it is such a slow climber, I guess they would use the step climb, which V/S speeds would they use 1500 feet per minute through 15000 then 1,000 to about 24000( the altitude which the aircraft really slows down), and then 500 feet per minute after that to cruize
What would the pilot do if he is in crontrolled airspace were he is not allowed to go below a certain speed, he would be only able to climb at 300 feet per minute as he got into the mid 20,000 feet range
