empty flights

ok i know i stole this from an anet topic. but i thought would be interesting to see the results from here.
So whats been the emptiest flight you have ever been on.

For me personally a couple of weeks after 9/11 KLM MD11 from memphis to amsterdam, only 35 people onboard. Arrived a little late to check in and i was like "to late for window seat ma'am" her reply was, do you mean an entire window row or just the seat. I couldnt believe it, a ghost ship indeed. so window seat, and 3 seats free, if it wasnt for two girls nattering on behind me all night and the fact i was leaving that would have been my idea of the perfect flight:)

A few years back there was an EasyJet flight (I think) with just ONE person on board. Now that'd be great!

Wow, only one person? I guess FA's didn't really have any work to do on that flight. Btw, how is that that they even took off with just one person abord? I thought it wouldn't be too profitable carrying just one person ::). Correct me if I am wrong.

In 2002 I took a BA flight from Glasgow to Birmingham. I think there were nine passengers in total. It was the Airbus equivilant to the 737 if your interested. One of the best flights i've ever had. ;D

Even if its not profitable the plane will still be needed at the other end to make the return journey. ;)

A few years ago I flew on an AA B767 from Heathrow to Newark (I think). Not sure quite how many passengers but we all had a row of seats to ourselves. It was a very comfortable trip. ;)

Needless to say the aircraft was full on the return trip. If I remember correctly it was a 747.

Have you ever seen am empty (less than 20 people) B747 on long routes such as KLAX-SYD or KJFK-EDDF?

BA A-319 from Glasgow to Paris via Birmingham, about 25 between Glasgow and Birmingham and 10 between Birmingham and Paris, was on the flightdeck for most of the trip out and back. But on the way back I lost my 3822  :(

You guys are lucky. Most of the flights I've been on were full. Oh well...
