That is pretty cool Felix. I never realised there was a distinction with the Swordfish if it was made at Blackburn :o

fantastic list...some names are really good...but some of them are so stupid i sometimes think the writer of that page came up with them himself... ;)

I always liked the good old Shagbat. So ugly it's attractive in a funny sort of way. Strange to think it was designed by the same man, at around the same time, as the Spitfire. ::)

MiG-25: Letaushchii gastronom (flying liquor store, as first production versions had all fluids on alcohol basis)

They did not mention the "Hoover", S-3B Viking for the sucking noise the engines make during landing when jockying the throttle.

Don't forget Slotation and Nearjet (as in Learjet) for the straight wing Citations, I hear those all the time.

you forgot "jet simulator"!!  you guys get the last laugh with the X though!!!
