I'd hold back on boring at the moment, Sunday is predicted to be wet. Maybe the weather gods are F1 fans too, and we'll get changeable conditions all season. Fingers crossed.

Did anyone catch the autosport articles stating that Renault plans to "overtake" Mercedes in pace this year.  A couple days later there was an article stating that Force India plans to "overtake" Renault.

So if FI and Renault achieve their performance goals, the line up will be something like Mclaren, Ferrari, FI, Renault, Mercedes.  I think its rather wishful thinking ;D

This time last year Renault said they were bringing an update that would have them fighting for wins.
I think they think sometimes that the others stop developing.
