The worst kept secret is out: twas in the papers last weekend - another post elsewhere just reminded me...

My only question is, why do these guys feel the need to actually print these things. It's as you say common knowledge. But if it being revealed costs him the job like Perry then it's nothing but a pointless endevour.

My only argument in Bens defense of his job is, unlike Perry he didn't reveal it himself in a book, so technically the BBC can still deny it is him. It wouldn't surprise me to see them throw something up with Collins and the stig appearing together.

Sure he would. He is after all an accomplished multi-tasker. He could easily President in between the pauses on the forieign language lessons whilst turning laps in the latest Zonda. ;D
