Not sure how it took so long for the idea to be said by a team, even though its been suggested by the rest of us for years.

I liked how they also said, limit the teams to say $100 million. Poor old Super Augri and jordan midland spyker Okay whatever the hell they are called now, could only dream of spending.

Nice idea, but it will never happen. If the manufacturers are capped, they will leave. They are hear for a return and if it is capped, that could then limit or cancel out whatever they get back. However, I am with you..........it is a good idea.
