Honda hope to put Brawn before brains...

Autosport carried a quote from Nick Fry this week saying they weren't talking to Ross Brawn...

...so it was obvious he was on his way there!

If that is the case, looks like Mika is on his way back to McLaren then ;D ;D

1. Captain, if the problem is not entered into the technical logbook.........then the aircraft does not have a problem.
2. And, if you have time to write the fault on a napkin and attach to it to the yoke.........you have time to write it in the tech log....see point 1.

well that sucks.
Honda will never be a championship contender until they dump the management by commitee structure they work on. Ross while probably the best technical strategist in Motor-racing, has always had a strong designer to work with Rory Byrne being the key one. Honda's design team seems to the local school down the road from their factory. The big positive being his familliarity with Rubens, but the big question now becomes, how long till Jean Todt makes his way over from Ferrari to take Nick Fry's job? Ferrari have restructured the team today in the wake of this, and have given Stefano Domenicali Todt's job as head of the racing side of Ferrari. I dont know where this leaves Todt other than president of the Ferrari division of Fiat.

Conveniently just in the right place at the right time to replace Max Mosley?

God help us if that were to happen. The anti ferrari brigade would have a field day no year with that. ;) ;D
Last I heard, there is a minor uprising of people who want Bernie incharge of both the FIA and FOM. ::)

Considering Mosley's considering stepping down due to his age, the even older Bernie wouldn't be a natural selection... :)

When did that matter to Bernie?
He wants control of everything.
I think Jean Todt would make a good president, he's a very straight talking guy, plus he doesn't take any sort of rubbish. I always enjoy his intervews, one of the few people who really can get people like James Allen, ted kravitz and Steve Rider to shut up rather quickly. :)
