Well, it would appear if they are filmed at a GP meeting. The Hamilton video has now been taken down by youtube because F1 Management exerted a copyright claim as it was filmed from the grandstands at Fuji.

True, but the film was from a spectator in the crowd using his own video camera. So the copy right should then belong to the shooter of the film.
Which is why todays so called famous can only claim invasion of privacy, they cannot make a claim on copy right.
