Saab + Subaru = OMG

So they first came up with the 9-2x... basically a 2006 impreza 4 door hatchback with a 9-3 grille slapped on (it still keeps the Subaru scoop on the nose)
And now the 2008 standard Impreza looks more like a 2002 9-3 that got half of the tail cut off and fitted with a Subaru nose.

ANy resemblance between the new Impreza and the Saab 9-3 is either coincidence or the designers copying some saab design cues without official colaboration.  GM (Saab's parent company) got rid of their share in Fuji heavy Industries (Subaru's parent company) a while ago.

I dont know how many of you have seen the new Impreza...it looks like crap.  It looks like a Suzuki Aerio sedan.  Subaru needs to fire their design department.
