Ouch that could be one heck of a costly mistake.
I doubt they will cancel the race but I also wouldn't be surprised. :o

It is entirely their own fault and getting up the international communities nose with a cheap stunt like that... well I've no sympathy. I mean Turkey did invade Cyprus and look at all the trouble it caused ::) Never mix politics and sport ;)

1. Captain, if the problem is not entered into the technical logbook.........then the aircraft does not have a problem.
2. And, if you have time to write the fault on a napkin and attach to it to the yoke.........you have time to write it in the tech log....see point 1.

It's F1 guys, only thing that counts there is Money.

And dont forget that the greek part of cyprus decided not to reunite... The guy who did the prize thing was unanimously praised by the EU.

guys this has absolutly nothing to do with Bernie. This is the FIA and Turkeys situation, the FIA has specifically mandated that all motor races and events will remain politically neutral. This guy was selected ignoring that and the introduction he was given was clearly a major screw up as it was anything but politically neutral. As such the Turkish GP organisers broke one of the most important rules the FIA has, and if found guilty no amount of pull Bernie has will matter.
