Looks pretty cool to me and knowing what those BMFs in their Chelsea Tractors are like in London a little safer than a bike!

They're nothing new and already being produced. The only difference the one in the BBC article is it runs on natural gas.

Here's the one reviewed on top gear a few years back .... with bodywork.

The BBC are nearly 10 years behind. And once again the EU is thowing money at something thats already there and produced in the EU all it needs is an engine change to run on  natural gas.
