looks like the Orca to me

Yeah, it is. I could be an a$$ and make you say which one, because there are a few, but it is rather hard to tell from this angle, so I'll say it's an Orca C113.

hmm i thought the c113 was the only chasis type that orca engineering makes. i know they use different engines

Well, I Googled it and I got C111 and C112 as well...*shrugs*

EDIT: For example, that black one is an Orca C7.Image
