I dont see it being a good partnership. As long as the Car doesnt break down he'll do well from a drivers point of view. But the team is very much a team first business first place to work. Flavio likes his teams to be fun and relaxed. Ron Dennis doesn't. More reason Kimi might be the one to leave. My only real complaint about Mclarens policy is that it doesn't allow the driver to keep the trophys they win. All go into a case at Mclaren HQ.
