Man that sounds sweet scania - i've got an older E34 5 series, but I would absolutely love a 7 series - that car is gonna be sooooooo nice on the motorways.

Manual or auto?

Can't wait to see the pics.

Cheers,

TSC.

Thats exactly the 7 series style I would like if I could afford one - after that one I think they start to get a little too rounded.

A great car scania & I hope you get a lot of pleasure out of driving it.

Cheers,

TSC.

PS: I prefer yours without the silver trim around the windows - i'm stuck with the silver trim on my 5 & it sucks!!

the 7 series aint exactly little. . .bimmers have been getting big recently (the new e90 is about the size of the old 5 series!)

but agree with you about the manual . . . only way to drive

Yeah- the only way to drive around town or on some fast country roads.

But if your doing a long motorway journey then the autobox is the only way to go for comfort - especially when you get stuck in a 20 mile tailback crawling along at 5mph - stop, start, stop, start.

Scania:
my theory being, it should last and be ideal for the occasional blasts down to Somerset.

Different boxes for different cars, sporty cars should NEVER have an autobox, but big cruisers should - simple as.

Cheers,

TSC.

I would say take the 730i...Comfy it is as well as spacious!! Since I can now drive, I have asked my dad to get me a Lexus GS300 or something bigger...maybe even the 2006 BMW 745Li...I love that car...Mind you I am not rich ;)

Yes, the one in "The Transporter" was indeed a 750iL (although in the film its refered to as both 760i and 735i)

Manual is ideal for a sporty car, a large "limo" like a 7 is more suited to an Auto, I feel I have the best of both worlds, a semi-automatic, well, I will have come next monday.  ;)
