That's right, Rail commuters face congestion charging. The sheer lunacy of this is difficult to comprehend.  ::)

I hope, what I read in the paper is not to believed, like most of it usually is.  ;D

posted something simmilar a while back. Its unbelievable how quick these sharks will jump on a money making opportunity.

The laugh about this is that the railway companies can't even afford to move their stock about on the tracks ........ why do you think you see so many carriages being carried on the backs of Low Loaders ?........... Because its cheaper than hiring and paying for the track use to move them by rail.
