The best one is the Dodosim Bell 206. It's the most realistic one.
Other helicopters made by other makers are much more simples in terms of realism, especially for the engine management. Some of them can have some decent flight model, but most of them are just average.

However, the Dodosim 206 is somehow "old" in terms of graphic level, while other payware copters can have outstanding level of details. Area51, Nemeth, CeraSim, Milviz and Virtavia are proposing some copters.

Ive got the 222B and its great.  They are working on a Blackhawk and I cant wait for it to show up.

I have several Nemeths, the S-64, AW-109 and EC-135 are good.  Not a fan of the 350 so I havent bought it.
