Iris Sale Update

Postby patchz » Thu Dec 16, 2010 3:25 pm

I received an email from David Bryce at Iris explaining what is occurring. I have purchased and downloaded all I plan to at this time, but am posting the contents of the email for those of you that have placed orders but

were unable to download and/or those wanting to purchase but unable to due to the circumstances. Hope this clears things up and you are able to get your download soon.

Cheers,

Larry :)

Store Sale Update 17th December 2010
From:
IRIS - David Brice
I removed the email address for obvious reasons. If you have placed an order and need to contact David, send me a pm and I will give it to you.)

Further to my previous e-mails informing you, our valued customers of the state of play regarding the IRIS Christmas sale, I would like to state that the sale has resulted in exceeding our allocated monthly limits again!

As some of you may or may not know, a few days ago, we announced a 5 dollar 12 hour promotion, however in the latter hours of the promotion, our store hit the monthly limit we were allowed to transact through our merchant providers

I got the same email from him, good customer service on their part, keeping us updated like that, I know plenty of sites that would just leave you in the dark.  Oh well, guess I will just keep waiting  :-[
