Captain Sim C-130 FSX...need help

Postby BigTruck » Fri Jul 02, 2010 3:56 pm

Everytime I select a C130 in FSX it crashes to desktop.  Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, rebooting the machine, all system requirements are met...

Windows Vista 32, 3Gb Ram, 3GHz Processor, FSX SP2.  I just want to fly my new Herc  :'(

I FIXED IT!!!!  WOOHOO!!  Just had to drink 2 Blue Moon's and a Sam Adams Cherry Wheat beer.  Opened FSX and selected my Herc, and BAM we are in business.

Is there ANYTHING beer can't do?

The FS9 and FSX c130's are different products, that could be your problem.
May the Mynd be with you.
So far my number of landings either passenger or pilot equal my number of takeoffs.

Hi,

I'll be updating my C130 soon from Just flight ( same product) so will reply here with what results I get.
It's an exchange product, the Tornado I have from them has a problem with afterburners coming on, on their own even when I throttle back so they said I could have anything in exchange.

One thing that seems to be working so far, instead of choosing my plane and hitting "OK" I instead just double click the thumbnail of the plane and she loads right up.  I'm 2 for 2 so far.
