Though not sure what to got, I haven't got one recently and I fancied flying something fresh.
Not willing to spend too much, around

quite a range of aircraft you are listing there. All very good.
You could add the L-39, which is also amazing.

Couldn't say which one is best, it all depends on what type of aircraft you want to fly.

PC Aviator has a PBY Catalina (Aerosoft), which looks pretty good, for $34.95 which coverts to around 20 UK pounds - I think.

I'll go ahead and recommend the Twotter from Aerosoft, she's a blast to fly and sounds terrific.
Alienware X51_R2 (thank you wife) Windows 8.1, 6GB Ram, Intel Core i3-4150 CPU @3.50GHz
FSX Acceleration settings on max, no twitches or glitches.

The Lotus Sim L-39 is definately worth considering. I'm getting it for my birthday (Sep. 14). It's the best looking, most fun and interesting flyable addon for FSX. If I were you, i would get it.

Thanks for all your feedback and ideas.
VFR Germany South is on it's way, but I know what's on my list for when I next get more payware: the Lotus Albatros.
